Batemans Bay Mountain Bike Club was founded in August 2022 after a group of individuals decided to turn their shared interests into an official MTB club.

The roots of the club are in the efforts of many local riders that have built and maintained MTB trails over many years. Those efforts have created the current 30km of trails, mainly around the Deep Creek Dam and Maulbrooks Road. 

The Mogo Trails project commenced construction in early 2023 and will deliver a linked up network of more than 150km of trails. The creation of a local club will help members of the Batemans Bay area community - as individuals, schools, social groups or businesses - access the opportunities from MTB riding that the Mogo Trails project has to offer.
